NEW BUSINESS WINS SEE YORKSHIRE-BASED LICK GO FROM STRENGTH TO STRENGTH

Industry leading direct mail and fulfillment company, Lick is a real local success story. With 16 new business wins in the last six months, including high profile clients such as Travis Perkins and ITC Classics, the company’s turnover has increased by more than 15 per cent in the last three months alone.

“Winning new business is always great,” comments Linden Kitson, Managing Director, Lick, “However, what really excites us is the way we are winning it. The majority of our new contracts are coming from recommendations from existing clients. We aim to provide such excellent customer service that clients will want to work with us again and again. These new business wins prove that we are doing just that.”

Working across a range of sectors including travel, healthcare, sports and leisure, publishing and financial services amongst others, Lick uses its broad experience to respond to a variety of briefs and handle all direct mail and fulfilment requirements smoothly and easily. Combined with its ‘whatever it takes’ approach to guarantee customer satisfaction, Lick is able to ensure every direct mail piece is despatched on time and to the right person – whatever the client’s sector.

E-lick, the interactive sister company to Lick, has also enjoyed new business success with projects wins for English Provinder Co. (EPC) and Northern Foods.
